Returns and Exchange Policy

In case you don’t like the product or you want to exchange the size, we are happy to help you exchange the product.
We do not offer return on a product but it can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase for a different style or size.
The product is exchanged only once its inspected and the condition of the product is acceptable by Massis&Co.
The product can be sent to us by mail for which we do not cover the cost.

Process to exchange the product -

You can send us the product by mail in the original packaging along with a small slip of paper with the name, order number and size/style of the product you wish to receive in exchange.
You can ship the product to be exchanged on the address given below. Please keep track of the shipment along with the tracking details.
You can also write an email to us with all the details on info@massisandco.com.
Once we receive the product, we will ship the new product after proper inspection within 1-2 days.
