What does “massis” mean in your brand name?

“Massi” is an indian/punjabi word for maternal aunt. This brand is inspired by Punjabi culture and the name adds the perfect quirkiness and perfectly describes the emotion of the brand.

How to buy the perfect size?

As each pair of the jutti is handmade, we recommend you to buy juttis by measuring your foot length. There is a size chart on every product page and we have tried to explain the sizing descriptively.

How do I clean and store my juttis?

We recommend saving your juttis from moisture/getting wet and store them in a cool and dry place. You can clean them with a dust cloth. Also we have a detailed Care Instructions section on how to take care of your pair.

Who made my jutti?

Juttis are handcrafted by karigars (craftsmen) in their workshops/homes mostly in the states of Jaipur and Punjab. All the products of Massis & Co are sourced/made locally in India.

Are juttis comfortable?

Due to such advancement in shoe making, the soles of the juttis are now cushioned and most comfortable pair of footwear. Also, it one of its kind of footwear which with regular use, take the shape of your feet and loosen up.
